Your booking time includes Bump in/Bump out, please allow yourself enough time in your booking to set up and pack up at the end of your booking

IMPORTANT NEW UPDATE AS OF 21ST OCTOBER

All event bookings require a licensed security guard present from 5pm onwards (until the end of the event). Events held on a Sunday require a security guard for the full duration.

Security can be organised by Studio Kelso, this will incur an additional cost and invoiced separately. Alternately, it can be organised privately by the event organiser, and must be confirmed at least one day before the event. 

Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is made 

What you should know;

• BYO alcohol permitted 
• Outside food & drinks allowed
• 1 x food truck can be accommodated outside the studio
• Jumping castles allowed
• STRICTLY NO smoking, vaping or use of smoke machines allowed in the studio

Before your Booking

You will be contacted by email or text with information on how to access the Studio one day before your booking. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• No cancellations (bookings are non refundable)
  
• You can reschedule 24 hours prior to your booking
